    • Modules will be delivered in 2 hour online segments accessible via our learning hub

    • 1-hour live and online coaching weekly to answer questions and trouble-shoot task and assignment queries

    • Supplementary resources such as templates and how-to videos and organisational policies will be provided in the learning hub

    • Public sector and government case studies are provided in each module

    • A final social media assignment relevant to your organisation will be completed

    • A virtual graduation and presentation of certificates takes place following grading of assignments

    • Students have access to the course trainer in between modules for support with tasks and the overall assignment
